Our Story
Opened in 1999 and now relocated to Kurosaki-cho, New Rajasthan has been serving exquisite and original dishes crafted by owner-chef Ost — honed in Sri Lanka's finest hotels, Germany, and Norway — for over three decades.

Trained at Sri Lanka's premier hotel school and seasoned in 5-star kitchens, Chef Ost went on to refine his craft in fine dining restaurants across Germany and Norway before bringing his vision to Osaka.
With over 30 years in Japan, he weaves together the bold spice traditions of Sri Lanka with the subtle precision of European technique — creating an entirely unique culinary experience.
